19. August 1977, Kiss did the “Alive II” photo session with photographer Barry Levine and Andrew Kent at the San Diego Sports Arena, California. The photos were taken before the concert that night.
Gene Simmons wore the horns during the photo shoot. The only time he wore them live was at the Forum on August 26th. This and the concert that evening was the only time Gene wore the alternate make-up.
