On 8. August, 1976, Peter Criss added blue eye color to his classic make-up, while playing the Hara Arena & Exhibition Center, Dayton, Ohio, during the Destroyer/Spirit of 76 Tour. Although he had experimented with the same make-up style during Kiss’ early beginnings, this was the first time he used it with the famous make-up we all know him with. The blue color he used would soon change to green, and for a period, some times Peter would go back to his old black make-up style until the green eyes became the permanent look.
